In the modern, fast moving world it is important to find new uses for may otherwise be redundant buildings. This is particularly important with the historic built environment most of us live with. Recent research by Savills found that up to three quarters of landlords are considering repurposing retail property holdings.
From pizza restaurants in high street banks to riverside apartments in an old ice factory, Oscar Clarke have advised on the regeneration of landmark buildings across South Wales and into England and were recently awarded two prestigious BCO awards for The Creative Quarter office development in Cardiff city centre.
